What If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?
If you purchased shipping insurance at checkout, you’re eligible to file a claim for the value of your package or request a replacement item in the event it’s lost or stolen. If you did not purchase insurance and the package shows as delivered to the correct address with proof of delivery, we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. However, if your package was not delivered at all, we will replace the item regardless of insurance status. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.
