What If I Receive a Damaged or Defective Item?


At Bimmer Euro, we thoroughly quality-check each item before it leaves our warehouse, but we understand that issues can occasionally occur during shipping or manufacturing.


If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Be sure to include clear photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging, as this evidence is required to process a shipping damage claim.


If your item is defective, please provide detailed photos or videos showing the issue. This allows us to properly assess the situation and determine the best course of action.


All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Bimmer Euro reserves the right to approve or deny a claim based on the circumstances. However, if you purchased shipping insurance, your claim will be submitted to our insurance provider and reviewed by a claims adjuster, who will make the final decision regarding your eligibility for a replacement or refund.
