Return Policy for Bimmer Euro
At Bimmer Euro, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy below.
Defective Items:
We inspect every item thoroughly before shipping it out. As part of the quality control process we also take photos of the product before shipping. We also provide insurance for items that are damaged during shipping. In the event you did not purchase insurance during checkout, there is a possibility we will be unable to replace the product however we will access this on a case by case basis. If you have received a defective item and purchased the shipping insurance, we will happily replace it. Please provide detailed photos/videos of the damages / defects. If we cannot replace the item for any reason we will issue a full refund within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] and provide us with a detailed description of the issue. We will then provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or replacement. We reserve the right to deny any damage claim. Please note that the insurance process is handled by a third-party company and handled on a case by case basis
Aftermarket Parts:
Due to the unique nature of aftermarket products, it's important to note that some items may necessitate adjustments during installation to achieve optimal fitment. Our products are crafted to meet the highest quality standards, but considering the variations in vehicles and personal preferences, minor modifications might be required.
No Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for items that are not defective. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. All sales are final. Please note: It is the customers responsibility to ensure compatibility and read the product listing to make sure the product fits your vehicle. If for any reason you purchase an item that does not fit your vehicle and the product listing clearly states what vehicles the item does fit you will not be allowed to return it.
No Cancellations:
Unfortunately, we do not allow any cancellations before an item is shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to read the product listing to make sure the product fits before purchasing. To ensure the highest quality, some of our products are made to order and therefore we are unable to cancel as the product is most likely in production before it ships out. If you have any questions about this policy, please consult with us before purchasing. If you made a mistake when ordering we will try our best to accommodate you but sometimes this is not possible. Although customers are required to enter their vehicle year, make, and model, there is no system in place to check if this fits your specific vehicle. Even though you input your vehicle while purchasing the product, this does not mean we will ensure compatibility before shipping the order. Please also note that an accidental purchase is not grounds for cancellation of that purchase. If you accidentally purchase a product your order will be fulfilled or we may offer a up to a 25% restocking fee or a store credit on a case by case basis. At a minimum we will charge you the credit card processing fee/financing fees charged on your order for us to accept your payment. Exceptions:
In the event that an exception to our return policy needs to be made, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Bimmer Euro. We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any return exceptions. Customers are also responsible for the return shipping back to us.
